Each record stored in SharePortals can have a list of related tasks associated with it.

For example, you may have an Opportunity record which requires multiple tasks by different people to be completed throughout its lifecycle. These may include creating a task for a sales phonecall, a task for setting up a software demonstration to the customer, or similar activity.

To view the tasks for a specific SharePortals record, first open the overview page for it, then click on the Tasks tab on the right-hand pane:

By default, only tasks which have a status of Open will be displayed in the record’s task list. To show all of the record’s tasks, including closed ones, click the Clear link on the task list’s action bar.
