4.1.9. Record List

The entity list is one of the key features of SharePortals. The software comes with several pre-defined record types which are generally relevant for CRM purposes, e.g. contacts, accounts, opportunities and orders, but new record types can be defined by you or existing ones modified to more accurately represent your organisation’s needs.

Whatever record types you end up working with in SharePortals, they will be collectively presented to you and other SharePortals users as lists of records. This section will help you start working with these lists, and how to modify their appearance, order and the items they contain:
