4.4.3.4.1. Add a Call

You can record information about phone calls made regarding any record in SharePortals. For example, you could log the details of a phone call made to a contact through the following steps.

• Open a Contact Record and navigate to the ‘Call’ content menu on the right-had side:
  

• Select ‘Add Call’ and complete the form that appears:
  

• Select Save. the Call item will now show in the list of ‘Calls’ as well as the ‘All’ list:
