When you open a record’s overview page, you can quickly determine which other records are related to it by expanding each of the Related Records categories.

Click on the rightmost down arrow next to each category of related records (e.g. for an Account, these would be Contacts, Opportunities and Orders for a default installation) to expand it and reveal the relevant related records. The down arrow changes to an upward arrow when that category is currently expanded.

If there are no related records for that category, then SharePortals will display a message to this effect when the category is expanded.
