If you are adding multiple instances of SharePortals, you can do this at any time by going in to the app settings menu, and clicking “New SharePortals Instance”

2. Click New

3. Follow the steps for First Installation, however this time you will need to ensure you click the ‘Advanced’ button to name the site something different from the first installation of SharePortals.

4. As you have previously installed an instance of SharePortals using the same Microsoft Office 365 tenant, you should not be prompted to authorise the SharePortals application for permissions again. Once the installation process completes after 3-5 minutes you should see a list of options when going to https://app.shareportals.com instead of being automatically logged in to your single instance.
