What is SharePortals?
SharePortals is a highly customisable Microsoft 365 Contact and Customer information management service, designed to work within your Outlook application or a Web browser. Using SharePortals you retain complete control over all the information you process, including emails, documents as well as all security configurations. SharePortals can be easily extended with the vast range of Microsoft 365 Microsoft Cloud services, including the Microsoft Power Platform (Automate, BI and Apps), AI builder, and RPA / Robotic Process Automation.
Outlook Add-In
If you have first come across the SharePortals in the Microsoft Office Store and have installed the SharePortals Outlook Add-in from there you will also need to install SharePortals into your 365 tenant for the add-in to work.
