Built on Industry Standard Microsoft 365
We have been using SharePortals for a number of months now to record and manage client interactions as well as sales opportunities. We love how simple it is to use being based on industry-standard Microsoft software.
Previously, we used only Microsoft Outlook for email, our accounts software for storing contacts, and spreadsheets to track sales opportunities. Now it is all in one place and available any time through the cloud. The company directors get access to all the sales information when they need it and we save emails and attachments into the CRM system directly from Microsoft Outlook using the app.
Betasoft have helped us customise it so it works the way we work. They have been very responsive to our requests. I can only recommend SharePortals and Betasoft to any small business out there looking for a contact manager or CRM system.
