In order to setup the automatic email import functionality for Shareportals you must do the following :

1. In your sharepoint site select the cog wheel at the top right then select “Site Information”

2. Select “View all site settings”

3. Under Site Collection Administration select Site collection features.

4. Find Document ID Service and click “Activate”

5. Go back to your Shareportals instance. Click on the cog wheel at the top right and select “Application Settings”

6. Select Intergrations

7.Select Outlook

8. Toggle Enable email tracking and then click save.

Automatic Email imports are now enabled.
