SharePortals includes functionality to group record content together in Categories. These are presented as Accordion menus within the various record types.
This allows you to group like information together in a collapsible menu.

This is setup by doing the following :

1) Go to the cog wheel and select “Application Settings”

2) Select “Record management”

3) On the left hand side select “Manage Field Categories”

4) This will open a new window with your record types listed.

5) Expand your desired record type and press “New Category”

6) Enter a name for your new category. Click okay. Repeat until you have the desired number of categories. Please note in order to change the order of the categories simply click and drag.

7) Click Save and expand the Record Type you created the categories in. You should now see a drop down marked “Category” next to each item. Expand this and select the category you wish that item to be placed in. Click Save.

8) Go to your record type and select any record. You should now see the Categories in the left hand side of the screen. Expanding these will show the fields that you set for each category.
