4.4.2. Related Records

Records in SharePortals often have relationships with each other.

For example, one or more Contacts could be related to an Account (if those people work at that company), an Opportunity could be related to an Account (if it’s affiliated with that company), and so on. These related records are how we model the relationship between entities in SharePortals.

SharePortals provides the user with a clear and intuitive overview of how all this related information is linked together, in the Record Overview.
