4.4.6. Kanban View

By default, SharePortals will display records in a table view. However, you may wish to view your records as a Kanban board, which allows you to see the records sorted into buckets by a values stored in a record choice field and display totals of record fields in the bucket header.

• Records displayed as the default list:
  

• Click on the Kanban view button at the top of the list:

Dragging and Dropping records between buckets

The Kanban view allows the user to drag and drop individual opportunities between the different opportunity stages to reflect their progress:

Once the record has been dragged to the appropriate stage, the total value of all your chosen summary field is updated for each stage, allowing an at-a-glance overview.
