To install the SharePortals Outlook addin the following steps should be followed on Windows:
1) In Microsoft Outlook select the Apps Icon on the toolbar on the left hand side.
2) Select “Add Apps”
3) Search SharePortals and select the SharePortals for Outlook.
4) Click Add
5) Return to your Inbox. Open any email and select the app Icon from the toolbar in the email, Select Shareportals the addin should now open on the right side.
After opening for the first time a new icon should appear in the toolbar
6) On first Launch the addin will request that you grant permissions. Press the Grant permissions button.
7) This will take you to a Microsoft screen that will list out the permissions. Click accept and restart your outlook
8) The SharePortals addin is now installed and configured. It should looks similar to the below.
