4.1. Getting Started

This topic includes step by step guides for several everyday CRM scenarios. These are designed to guide newcomers through some typical SharePortals interactions, and familiarise them with the application.

Each scenario is an example of a common business situation which should be captured in your CRM, and these guides will show new users how to do that with SharePortals.

Although real-world scenarios vary greatly, the guides in this section will highlight many SharePortals interactions which are common in any scenario; so once you are familiar with these guides, you will be well-prepared to capture similar interactions that occur in your own organisation, whatever they may be.
