To edit a call, first click on its title in the Notes tab of the relevant record. This will open a new window on the current page, presenting the call’s editable fields. If you cannot see the field you want to change, scroll down the window to display any that aren’t currently visible.

You can change the content of these fields as required, however any marked with an asterisk cannot be cleared; these fields require content and need to be filled before the edited call can be saved again.

Click the green Save button to save your changes to the call. Once you click Save (or Cancel, if you decide not to make any changes), you will be shown the record overview screen again with the call appropriately updated.
